空気清浄機を設置
空気清浄機を導入しました。閉型のレーザ加工機で、集塵機をつないでいますが、目に見えない粉塵が舞っているのは否めませんでした。作業環境の改善に役立ってくれると思います。
Installed an air purifier. It's a closed laser processing machine, and it's connected to a dust collector, but I couldn't deny that there was invisible dust flying around. I hope it will help you improve your working environment.

廃熱ダクトを設置
全てのワイヤー加工機から放出される排気熱を効率よく廃熱出来るよう廃熱ダクトを設置。夏場の作業環境が大幅に改善しました。
A waste heat duct is installed to efficiently exhaust the exhaust heat emitted from all WEDM machines. The working environment in the summer has improved significantly.

エアコン入れ替え
古くて消費電力の大きなエアコンを最新式に交換。同時に排気熱を効率よく排出出来るよう廃熱ダクトを設置。夏場の作業環境が大幅に改善しました。
Replaced old air conditioners with large power consumption with the latest models. At the same time, a waste heat duct is installed to efficiently discharge exhaust heat. The working environment in the summer has improved significantly.
